Simone Thomsen is
our Chief Visionary
Officer.

Simone Thomsen is a native of the Lower Rhine region and former competitive athlete. In addition to her long-standing passion for tennis, she has recently taken up diving, where she is motivated less by competition and more by mental fortitude. She has a daughter and a son and lives with her family in Hamburg. Simone studied economics and business administration at the University of Kiel. After completing her studies, she worked for us as a strategy consultant, assisting clients in the development and implementation of overall comprehensive strategies. Today, she oversees corporate development as Chief Visionary Officer. Her responsibilities include establishing long-term outlooks, developing corresponding strategies, and implementing plans, including those at the crossroads of finance and human resources. Drawing on her experience, she advises colleagues on key strategic challenges associated with ongoing projects.
